Happy Trails Await South Shore

Happy Trails Await

You can walk the same trail twice, but you’ll never take the same hike.” That’s a philosophy with which wholeheartedly agree. And let’s face it – based on that math – with over 30 trail systems along Nova Scotia’s South Shore – we calculate you can count on a lifetime’s worth wonderful hikes when you get here. Happy Trails indeed!

Feel free to trade those two feet for two wheels and ride the day away along our happy trails. With a variety of terrain you can coast in smooth style or if the spirit strikes you – roll a wee bit off the beaten path.

Happy-Trails-four-wheeler-

If it’s more the four wheel… or four leg experience you’re after – we’ve got multi-use trails that have been designated for off-highway vehicles and even horses too.

They run from Peggy’s Cove all the way to Barrington so be sure to have a look through our lovely list park-based pathways and community links below – then make plans to take one or two or as many as you can while you’re here. We’re counting on you to enjoy every inch of our Happy Trails.
