Speed through the calm lake waters with your knowledgeable local guide in his fully equipped sport fishing boat. Try your hand at catching ‘the big one’, while hearing local stories and enjoying a packed picnic lunch. After an exciting day on the water, retreat to your oceanfront oasis to relax in your private hot tub, soak up the heat in your private cedar barrel sauna or chill by a crackling bonfire. As evening approaches, savour a 3-course, chef-prepared dinner, delivered to your cottage.

- 2-nights accommodation in an oceanfront cottage, complete with private outdoor hot tub, barrel sauna, fully-equipped kitchen, large deck with clear weatherproof dome, Smart TV, BBQ, and firepit. Choice of these cottages:
- Comfy Seaside Cabana: one bedroom with queen bed and queen-sized sofa bed
- Peaceful Oceanfront Cabine: one bedroom with queen bed and queen-sized sofa bed
- Cozy Oceanfront Cottage: two bedrooms with queen beds and one queen-sized sofa bed
- Designer Oceanfront Villa: open concept bedroom suite with a queen bed and queen-sized sofa bed
- Tiny Oceanfront Retreat: one bedroom with queen bed and single-sized sofa bed
- Full-day, private guided fishing tour on a calm lake, aboard a sport fishing boat with Peter Lavender, a knowledgeable and experienced local guide. This customizable tour is 3-6 hours long, depending on your family’s interest and chosen route, and includes all fishing equipment. You’ll meet your guide at MacPherson’s General Store to purchase a fishing license before heading to the lake.
- Gourmet breakfast one morning, of breakfast frittatas or continental breakfast, delivered to your cottage.
- A packed picnic lunch, of freshly made sandwiches, wraps, or pasta salad, delivered to your cottage.
- 3-course dinner one evening, prepared by a local chef and delivered to your cottage.
All meals are prepared by local chef Tina Moorey, owner and operator of On the Side Gourmet. Chef Tina has been featured in several cooking show segments of CBC’s Steven and Chris and on the TV series, Life is Good. Meals are delivered in the morning and include reheating instructions. Guests select their meals from Sidanna Retreat’s menu.

Conditions
Advance booking required. A recreational fishing license is required to take part in the fishing tour. Guests will meet their guide at MacPherson’s General Store (137 Bristol Ave, Liverpool) to purchase a fishing license. The cost of the license is not included in the package. In the event that the fishing tour is cancelled due to poor weather, a refund of $300 will be issued for the boat, equipment and guide costs associated with your package. Meals and accommodation booking will remain active and available regardless of weather.
