What is a Sailor’s Valentine?
A sailor’s valentine is a handmade craft made with many small seashells arranged in beautiful patterns, inside an octagonal wooden frame or box. These sentimental gifts were traditionally brought home by sailors after their voyages at sea to give to their loved ones as a token of affection!
